Hi Helena - can you pick your 3 favourite words...maybe one from each wordbank? I like cosy, crabby and concerned...
Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!
Well done on using Google Drawings or Google Slides! I really love how students use these sites, as you can be really creative with what you design. It’s like creating a poster online or otherwise known as Digital Learning Object (DLO).
You have picked some really great words- glad, mad & afraid. You have listed a lot of synonyms for the three words that you have picked. A synonym is a word or phrase that means exactly or nearly the same as another word (Source: https://www.dictionary.com/browse/synonym). Can you think of some reasons to why we need to use the different versions of the same meaning?
That's a great reason. I actually didn't think about that. We all do express ourselves differently and we also think differently. It's awesome that there's so many words to describe just one thing or meaning.

I think because we're all different in expressing how we feel that's why we need many words with same meaning.
