If I Was A Superhero For A Day

If I Was A Superhero For A Day, the 3 powers I would have is

.Speed of light thinking

.Run faster than sound

.Future knowledge

I would have the power of fast thinking  so I can take the right decision immediately to help people in need before it’s too late.

I would have the power of fast running so I can always be prepared for the worst and most

likely scenarios and be ready to counter them at a moment’s notice.

I would have the power of knowledge of what could go wrong in any possible
situation and which outcomes were most likely.

Achieving our Dreams

My dad’s dream job was to be a Doctor because he loved Anatomy but he became an Agriculture Engineer.

Here’s some way I can help,

  • Try to give him some quiet time.
  • Encourage him to start studying.
  • Having a job you love makes you happy.
  • He ‘ll be helping many people in our community.
  • Giving him some time to focus on his study.
  • Helping him with his studies by not being noisy while playing with my sister.

The World of Hip Hop

I love how everyone gets a chance to shine and how you can tell who is front and centre without anyone stealing the shine. They all praise each other while dancing together, practice must be fun. In this video the costumes are not that fancy but their dance moves is very organised .

National Treasure

Swimming to Safety

Top Secret Street Art

As a start they both look like graffiti art but there's a difference between the two pictures.
The first picture has a coloured background and the other one doesn’t. In the first picture there is a man that looks like a cowboy and tiger is in the jungle. in other picture the tiger looks having fun in the zoo.

Try Your Own Tapa

ARTY DESIGNERS

I don’t think Twenty-Seven Names is a good name for fashion brand because it sounds weird. It doesn’t sound interesting to me, I also don’t like the clothing designs. Even though it’s adult clothing but it doesn’t have that WOW so you would say I have to buy this or that. I think Looking Fabulous is a good name for the brand because it gives you an idea that it’s clothing store.

Feast or Famine

Feast or Famine

Yes I would like to participate and take a look to see how the children survive without adults and less food. Children everywhere should live in safety. When a disaster strikes, we can make all the difference by providing life-saving essentials like food, clean water, education and healthcare. We can help children start to heal in a safe, supportive environment. When the children receive vital support and counselling, they can start to heal from the trauma they've experienced.

Girl Power

My role model would be my parents, daddy, as a start he served in the Egyptian Army for one year. He takes good care of us and always explain any decision he takes. Like why he took this decision, what will happen next. Daddy taught us (me & my younger sister) that we can go to him at any time and ask him anything we want to know or not sure what it means. Sometimes he tries to help with math homework. Daddy was very good in school, his two favourite subjects are Math and Science. Hearing my uncle talk about how daddy was really good when he was my age makes me want to be like him. His mum was french teacher and he is an Agriculture Engineer. When I was a baby daddy took the night shift as mum call it so she could get some sleep. He took very good care of me & later on when my sister was born he did it all over again. He did the best he can to make sure mum get some sleep or just some rest. He spent many sleepless nights taking care of us as little babies. He taught us that family comes first and when it comes to the house, we’re all responsible for helping mum tidy up or clean. He taught us that having a University degree should be our most important goal in life. Education comes first the rest comes second, he takes pride when we get the attendance award at the end of the school year prize giving. That part actually belong to mum who always make sure we are never late and never miss a day at school unless we’re really very sick and the doctor says we have to stay home. Thanks to mum I finished first year of school being an advanced reader and I have continued to be. As they say a mum is a nurse/ teacher/ event planner/ chef/ photographer/ bodyguard and many more. Over the years we visited Starship many times and came home in the early hours of the morning (2am / 3am). That never stopped mum from getting up at 7am to prepare our lunch boxes and take us to school in time. No matter how sick or tired she felt nothing could stop her from making sure we never miss a day at school. I hope that mum & dad know how much I love and appreciate everything they’re doing for our family.

K-pop heroes

They are a group of talented, energetic young Korean men who create songs. I like their dance moves and their singing they sound like rappers.

Rags to Riches

Diary of Anne Frank

The most extraordinary day was Monday 05/01/2020, as I wake up early in the morning the sky was quite dark. It felt like it was still night time, as the day passed the sky became darker, greyish pinkish orange kind of colour. It was the first time to see the sky looking that strange and hard to tell If we’re daytime or nighttime. I have never seen anything even close to this before. Later on I heard the news on the radio saying that there is orange skies because of the Australia bush fire so I said in my head that is why. It was quite an interesting day because the colour of the sky that day and barely seeing daylight. The smoke was blocking the sunlight, and the skies were extremely gloomy. It made me wonder about how it looks like in Australia and how people might be feeling. Maybe scared or unsure of how long the sky will look that dark!

Romeo and Juliet

My Writing

Every morning I wake up early, the first thing I do in the morning is to enjoy my nice cup of hot chocolate, then mum will serve breakfast. We're allowed a sandwich of Nutella once a week, usually in the weekend as a treat. If it's warm sunny day we play outside, sometimes spraying my sister with water guns. Other times playing with my scooter or writing with chalk on the driveway. Last summer my sister and I had so much fun as we spent the summer holiday on the everyday. This summer holiday we're stuck indoors because it's cold and windy all day. I'm hoping the weather will warm up so we can go to the beach before we get back to school.

Caine’s Arcade

My favourite computer game is called ant art tycoon, Your goal is to create beautiful art pieces with the help of your faithful ants' artists!
Create beautiful paintings by using ants, set a price and sell them to the public. You start the game with 4 black ants making a painting at a small size. When you earn enough money you can buy more ants and bigger papers. Then there are 3 small blank rectangles on the side, the more you get more ants the more achievements you get. Also you can move the prices higher and lower to have a better chance of selling your painting and making more money.

In a tiny house, temperature control can be tricky and if not done right, you can get mold – fast.

If the small space doesn't get to you, the heat that gets trapped in might get
to you.

Hosting dinner parties may be difficult with the small-sized tables that fit into
tiny houses.

Since everything is smaller in a tiny house, the closet can be a crawl space.

Hidden Figures

The app was quite hard and confusing, even though there was a hint. Maybe because it was my first time to use it. In the end I managed to make the shape after a lot of trial and error.

Overcoming Adversity

Back in the early 90s life was totally different and communication wasn’t as easy as it is today.
My grandfather had a dream of moving with family to Canada or Australia for a better future for
the next generation. He tried many times but didn’t succeed. Until one day he heard about
New Zealand and at that time no one knew anything about that country. He started researching (there was no google back then) after a while he managed to get the address for the
New Zealand Embassy and wrote a letter to them. In his letter he explained his wish to immigrate and that there’s no Embassy in Egypt. Kindly someone answered him back in letter explaining
that the nearest Embassy is in India. You would think that will stop him but let me tell you that
he didn’t stop there. After a lot of hassle he finally managed to go as far as having an interview in India. But luck wasn’t on his side that day, while he was boarding the train from Alexandria to Cairo (where the International Airport is) he had a heart attack. Even though anyone in his place won’t be able to think clearly about what will happen to his trip to India. He managed to contact the NZ Embassy in India explains he had an emergency and would like to reschedule the interview. He got well after that and traveled to India, still his dream didn’t come true. He had to go into a monthly draw for FOUR month, still didn’t win, he had to apply again and start from zero once again. After a lot of sleepless nights due to the time difference between Egypt & NZ and a lot of FAXES (like e-mail now) in 1995 his dream came true. He finally made it to the finishing line and in May 1995 he arrived with his small family to Auckland, NZ.. He is a real inspiration to have the power not to give up no matter how many time life knocks you down. In September 1995 he started working in Auckland City Council (he was an engineer) but sadly in 2000 he found out about his lung cancer but as i said before even that didn’t stop him until he passed away in 2002.

Through Careful Observation

The Starry Night is an oil on canvas by the Dutch post impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh. Painted in June 1889, it describes the view from the east-facing window of his asylum room. Just before sunrise, with the addition of an ideal village, This oil canvas painting is dominated by a moon- and star-filled night sky. The morning star, to the left of center surrounded by circles of white and yellow light. Beneath this sky sits a village of houses surrounding a church with blue-black mountains in the background. A tree sits at this night scene, it reaches almost to the top edge of the painting like a link between land and sky.

COKE VS. PEPSI

During the “Cola Wars” in the 1980s, the Atlanta-based company was losing market share to rival Pepsi and feeling the pressure to win back consumers swayed by Pepsi’s famous taste test “experiments,” TV advertisements in which blindfolded consumers voted in favor of Pepsi over Coke.

I always think of ways to let mum knows how much I love and
appreciate everything she does for our family. Especially me and
my younger sister so I made my mum a slide to wish her a
Happy New Year. My mum was very happy and felt appreciated.
