Insect Art (Butterfly)

For today's activity we had to collect leaves, petals, twigs for our creation, we had two choices either to create an insect or a summer scene.

Ka pai for creating this awesome butterfly out of nature - the leaves you have selected really do look like wings and the technique you used to tie the leaf stem to create antennae is very clever. I also appreciate that you have included instructions on how you created your butterfly in your post, that is really helpful and interesting.

Do you have a favourite insect? I like ladybugs because I like the colours and patterns on their wings.

I am so happy to see that you have signed up for the Summer Learning Journey! What activities are you looking forward to the most?
