Making Coconut Oil
Mr Raj brought some coconuts to extract oil from them. We were divided into groups and each group was given a coconut. We cracked it in half and spilled the water in the sink. Then we took the white bits that were inside and put it in a pot. When the pot is heated the coconut pieces water will be produced. Once it is heated take it out of the pot and pour it in a cup and make sure there are no dried bits in it. Now you can use the oil. If you leave the oil in a cold place it will freeze to make it back to oil. You have to reheat it in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
